In 1958 Kay and Vic purchased the restaurant  from their relatives and started the "Kay's" tradition!  At that time, most of the area consisted of seasonal residents who returned each summer to enjoy the lakes.  Kay and Vic lived upstairs each summer and served their guests fresh, hot,  pizza made from the family recipe.

These recipes are the ones you still enjoy today.  As the business has transitioned ownership, the recipes have been sold along with the historic building and legendary experience.
