PIZZA KIT DIRECTIONS :
Thaw your pizza dough, sauce and cheese in the refrigerator for 24 hours or until the dough is workable.
Oil a 14” round pizza pan with olive or cooking oil.
Using your hands, spread the dough over the oiled pan all the way to the edge.
Using a fork, pierce the entire surface of the dough. This will prevent air pockets from forming in the dough.
Stir the sauce, to insure it is well mixed, and spread evenly over the entire crust leaving about 1/4 inch around the outside.
Flake the cheese and spread over the top of the sauce. You might want to go heavier around the outside as the cheese tends to flow into the center as it melts.
If you would like, add toppings of your choice.
Bake in a preheated, 475 degree oven for 8 to 10 minutes until crust is golden brown.
